Provide first aid treatment and basic medical care to employees who suffer work-related injuries or illnesses at the project site, fabrication shop, or office.
Assess the medical condition of injured or sick employees and determine the need for further medical attention or referral to hospitals or accredited medical providers.
Maintain and update medical records, incident reports, and health-related documentation of employees in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Monitor the health condition of employees, including conducting basic health assessments and ensuring employees are fit to work when required.
Assist in the implementation of the Companys Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Program and ensure compliance with applicable workplace health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the Safety Officer, HR Department, and project management regarding workplace health concerns, medical emergencies, and employee health monitoring.
Maintain medical supplies, first aid kits, and emergency equipment at the project site or workplace, ensuring that these are properly stocked and readily available.
Assist in conducting health awareness programs, medical examinations, and wellness activities for employees.
Provide support during medical emergencies and assist in arranging transportation of injured employees to the nearest medical facility when necessary.
Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time, provided that such duties are consistent with the nature of the Employees position.
Skills Required
Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
Preferably with training in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), First Aid, or other relevant occupational health and safety certifications.
With at least one (1) year experience in occupational health, clinic, or site-based medical services, preferably in construction or industrial environment.
Knowledgeable in workplace health and safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
Physically fit and willing to be assigned at project sites or fabrication facilities when required.
Possesses good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
