Job Description
- Responsible for providing prompt and efficient medical care to all employees, ensuring their health and well-being during work hours.
- Responsible for assessing and triaging employee health concerns, maintaining accurate medical records (including maintaining HMO database) and coordinating with external medical providers when necessary.
- Responsible in maintaining the health and wellness programs, managing mental health program and ensuring compliance with DOLE health and safety regulations.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
- Knowledgeable of occupational health and safety regulations, as well as general healthcare practices and procedures.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable in medical documentation and record-keeping
