GOOD People Network is an award winning advertising agency based in Manila. We are a fast growing agency working with some of the world's most exciting brands. Since opening our doors in 2020, we have grown to over 120 employees sitting in 5 countries- Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, The Philippines and Singapore.

About the Role

We're looking for a Community Manager who lives and breathes the internet. Someone who instinctively understands online culture, anticipates trends before they break, and knows how to translate fandom energy into meaningful conversations. This role will focus on the day-to-day community presence of Netflix Philippines across both mainstream and emerging platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, and Roblox.

You'll play a key role in shaping how Netflix shows up and interacts with fans online, ensuring we remain fun, self-aware, and deeply connected with Filipino fandoms. Beyond knowing what's viral, you'll understand why it resonates and how to use that insight to build authentic connections with our audience.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and engage with Netflix Philippines communities across mainstream and emerging platforms.
  • Experiment with new community spaces (Reddit, Discord, Twitch, Roblox) to create authentic ways for fans to interact with the brand.
  • Turn audience insights and reactions into social programming and campaigns.
  • Develop community-led formats, fandom activations, and lo-fi executions that drive participation and connection.
  • Support creator and influencer collaborations, from streamers to fan community moderators.
  • Keep a pulse on trends, audience sentiment, and platform behavior, surfacing insights that shape how we tell stories online.
  • Contribute to real-time content, reactive posts, broadcast updates, and event coverage.

Who You Are

  • Chronically online, fluent in memes, fandom culture, and digital subcultures.
  • Understands Filipino humor, tone, and timing, and can translate that into brand voice without sounding like a brand.
  • Equal parts creative and strategic. You can ideate content, but also track and interpret audience data to inform what comes next.
  • Experienced in community management, social media, or digital engagement, ideally 35 years in entertainment, gaming, or lifestyle.
  • Comfortable navigating new and experimental spaces (Reddit, Discord, Twitch, Roblox) and can bring a POV on what community means in each.

Bonus Points

  • Experience managing or moderating Discord servers or Reddit communities.
  • Familiarity with Twitch culture, streaming formats, or virtual world engagement.
  • Strong instincts for unhinged, lo-fi, or participatory content that connects with Gen Z humor.
  • A natural storyteller who loves to build worlds, not just posts.
