Community Investment Specialist
What this role is about:
Provide significant support in the implementation of Community Investment (CI) initiatives and managing assigned projects from planning to completion, including vendor coordination, communications, financial requirements, and event supervision. It also ensures smooth partner onboarding, transparent record management, and provides operational support to the CI and CA&C teams.
As the Community Investment (CI)Specialist in the area of Corporate Affairs & Communications, you will:
- Under the guidance of the CI Manager, lead specifically assigned CI projects from start to end collaborate with relevant functions, identifyvendors for required service, prepare program flow/plan, share progress report with CI Manager proactively and in a timely manner, handle finance-related requirements, supervise CI event on actual day, and submit project report upon completion of the project.
- Work with partners for the onboarding process using the ATAI system, ensuring the timely submission of all requirements.
- Lead coordination with Global Indirect Procurement for the sourcing of vendors for items and services that may be required by the project.
- Take the lead in preparing communication materials (email, Workplace, BTV, Social Media/Digital) to promote or encourage participation for CI initiatives and overseeing the fair distribution of participation opportunities among the JTI entities and their employees.
- Manage the Community Investment records to ensure transparency and security of all documents related to partners, programs, and projects in preparation for budget planning and audit checking.
- Provide assistance to meeting and travel requirements of the Community Investment and CA&C team.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- High level project management skills and experience in client relations
- Strong command of both English and Filipino languages with strong written and presentation skills
- Proven customer service orientation, effective coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in MS Tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as relevant digital tools such as Canva
- Preferably with background working in a PR, advertising, event management agency
