Job Description
The Executive Initiatives and Communications Associate will be assigned to the Office of the Group Chief Executive and Lead Strategic Counsel / Partner and Co-Founder and will be trained, exposed and assimilated to key Executive-Led Accounts and Projects, Growth of Brand Partnerships (Business Development), Enterprise Development and Group Expansion (Creation of New Companies and Subsidiaries), and Special Executive Projects such as MARCOMAX (Corporate Marketing, Communications, Advocacy and Excellence) and ACTDEV (Agency Culture and Team Development).
Duties and Responsibilities
- Account Administration and Client Coordination
- Communications Plan / Campaign Development and Execution Support
- Project and Event Management Support
- Stakeholder Relationship Management (MEXINAC)
- Writing / Content Development and Management for Marketing, Communications, and Digital, Social and Emerging Technologies and Platforms
- Campaign Performance Monitoring, Analytics and Reporting
Qualifications
- Must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Communication Arts, Journalism, Marketing, or any equivalent course
- Preferably has at least 1-2 years of experience in Public Relations or Communications, but fresh graduates with outstanding scholastic records and extra-curricular activities are welcome to apply
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have out-of-the-box ideas
- Willing to work in the field
- Willing to work with grace under pressure
- Committed to submit deliverables on time
- Must have good time management skills and attention to details
