Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility, for an Event Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events, such as trade shows and promotional campaigns, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage event budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless logistics and delivery of all events. Additionally, you will analyze event performance to optimize strategies, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall marketing and sales objectives of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Marketing and Event Planning, with a proven ability to create and deliver impactful event strategies
• Proficiency in organizing Trade Shows and managing all aspects of Event Management, including logistics coordination and on-site execution
• Experience in Sales, with skills in engagement and relationship-building with clients and partners
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management abilities
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a marketing or event management role is highly desirable
