What You'll Do:
- Lead development and facilitation of periodic Commercial Operations supportability and execution plans aligned with sales targets.
- Drive performance governance through regular checkpoints and review forums to identify risks, gaps, and milestones.
- Ensure strong alignment between executive strategy (Core + More), sales targets, and execution initiatives.
- Provide integrated leadership across Commercial Planning & Performance, Sales Force Effectiveness, and Business Partner teams.
- Govern the definition, accuracy, and consistent application of commercial KPIs and scorecards.
- Oversee KPI, scorecard, and data integrity to support performance monitoring, incentives, and decision-making.
- Deliver high-impact commercial analytics and clear management updates to accelerate gap closure and operational decisions.
