Location: Pasig (Onsite, Monday to Friday – Morning Shift)
Overview
This role will lead nationwide consumer growth by driving sales, expanding market reach, and strengthening channel partnerships. The focus is on building a scalable, field-driven sales model through distributors, agents, and partner networks.
What You'll Do
- Lead overall consumer sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Develop strategies to grow the customer base and expand into new areas
- Build and manage partner networks, including dealers, distributors, and agents
- Strengthen channel performance through incentives, structure, and governance
- Oversee field teams across different regions and improve sales productivity
- Work closely with internal teams to support launches, promos, and initiatives
- Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with strong leadership exposure
- Background in consumer sales, business development, or channel management
- Experience handling distributor, dealer, or franchise-type models
- Exposure to large, nationwide operations is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, execution, and stakeholder management skills
