Job Description

Role Overview 

Lead end-to-end HR function for Manila delivery center 

Align HR strategy with business objectives 

Drive workforce stability, engagement, and compliance 

Act as strategic partner to Operations 

Key Responsibilities 

Drive hiring strategy and meet ramp SLAs 

Reduce attrition and improve retention 

Lead employee engagement and culture programs 

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR governance 

Manage performance frameworks and PIPs 

Oversee training and development programs 

Control HR costs and manpower efficiency 

Provide HR analytics and dashboards 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

Attrition Rate (Monthly & Early) 

Hiring SLA / Time to Fill 

Offer-to-Join Ratio 

Employee Engagement Score 

Payroll Accuracy & Compliance 

Cost per Hire / HR Cost per FTE 

Time to Productivity 

HR SLA & Audit Compliance 

Qualifications & Experience 

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 

16-25 years of experience in BPO industry

5–7 years in HR leadership role 

Experience in (HR BP, HR operations, C&B , Payrol , L&d) 

Knowledge of Philippines labor laws 

Experience in large-scale hiring 

Key Competencies 

Strategic HR Business Partnering 

Stakeholder Management 

Data-driven decision making

Leadership and team management 

Problem-solving skills
