What You'll Do
- Follows up on 30+ days overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
- Issues invoices and resolves billing/payment issues.
- Handles client queries and invoice discrepancies.
- Maintains accurate, confidential billing records.
- Escalates unresolved cases and supports audits.
- Performs basic admin tasks (calls, filing, scanning).
Key Criteria
- 2+ years experience in healthcare/medical setting with billing or collections exposure.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and handling PDF/TIFF files.
- Knowledge of HIPAA with strong focus on data privacy and confidentiality.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with good time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern Standard hours (9pm - 6am PHT), with a full onsite model.
