Collections Risk Officer (Secured)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Collections Risk Officer (Secured) to support risk management initiatives across secured and SME loan portfolios. This mid-management role (Assistant Manager to Senior Manager level) focuses on analyzing credit risk, enhancing collections reporting, and driving data-backed insights to improve portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze credit risk across secured and SME loan portfolios
• Develop and enhance collections reporting and analytics frameworks
• Monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency trends and risk indicators
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve collections strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk mitigation efforts
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders and management

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong background in Collections Analytics
• Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Good oral, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
