Risk Policy Analyst (Unsecured)

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and analytical Risk Policy Analyst (Unsecured) to support the Customer Management Unit. This role focuses on ensuring effective policy implementation, monitoring policy performance, and generating MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making across unsecured portfolios.

This opportunity is ideal for Assistant Manager to Manager-level (AM–M) professionals with a strong background in analytics and credit risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and governance of credit risk policies for unsecured portfolios
• Monitor and evaluate policy effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Generate and maintain MIS reports to track portfolio performance and risk indicators
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on risk strategies
• Assist in developing data-driven insights to support business and risk decisions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field (Marketing graduates with relevant experience are welcome)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Background in credit analytics is highly preferred
• Proficiency in data management and programming tools (e.g., R, SQL, Python, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
