What you will do:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with customers
- Handle collections-related course of action for accounts
- Monitor and maintain accounts and records of transactions for the next-step recommendation, data analysis, and reports generation
- Prepare documentation requirements
- Coordinate with account owners for payments-related concerns
What you will need to succeed:
- With at least 1 year of experience in loans collections operations/support in the financial services or banking industry
- Proficient in Excel and knows how to automate
- High attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Can work under pressure and adapt to changes
- Knowledge of the lending business/field, trends, third-party collections partners, financial technologies/banks, and other intersecting industries is an advantage
