Role Description

This is a full-time remote Cold Caller position. The Cold Caller will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities include presenting services to potential customers, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed call records. The role requires meeting daily call targets, handling objections professionally, and effectively communicating the value of Virtual Champs Global services.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing, with strong persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle objections effectively and demonstrate problem-solving skills during calls.
• Time management and organizational skills for meeting daily call and lead follow-up targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic knowledge in using office tools for data entry and reporting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry or sales is an advantage.
