About the Role
As a Platform Lead, you will drive software development delivery and engineering excellence across projects in the Philippines.
You'll play a critical role in executing global engineering strategies, enabling teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, modern software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Strategy & Delivery
- Drive vision, goals, and roadmap for the Products and Platform Engineering circle
- Establish frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for engineering excellence
- Promote adoption of Generative AI and emerging technologies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Service Delivery teams for project execution and resource alignment
- Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, sales, and delivery teams
Innovation Leadership
- Lead adoption of cloud and Generative AI technologies
- Build proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives to demonstrate innovation
Business & Client Engagement
- Support sales and pre-sales with technical solutioning
- Deliver high-level solution architectures for large-scale opportunities
Leadership & Talent Development
- Mentor engineers, architects, and technical experts
- Conduct training programs to upskill teams on modern technologies
Partnership & Ecosystem
- Collaborate with technology vendors and platform providers
- Leverage partnerships to enhance client solutions
Performance & Metrics
- Define and track KPIs for engineering success
- Report performance and recommend strategic improvements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience leading software development delivery and engineering teams
- Experience driving engineering strategies and platform initiatives
- Hands-on experience with modern technologies (e.g., cloud, scalable systems)
- Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, sales, and engineering teams
- Strong experience in solution architecture for large-scale systems
- Leadership experience mentoring engineers and technical teams
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Generative AI or emerging technologies
