Job Description

Tasks:

  • Offer technical support to computer system users
  • Address client inquiries and IT-related issues in person, over the phone, or remotely
  • Assist with computer hardware and software usage, including Point of Sale, communication systems, printing, email, OS, and networking
  • Prioritize timely responses to tickets and inquiries
  • Maintain communication with clients to ensure issue resolution satisfaction and/or project updates
  • Work and/or manage a team of IT professionals, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical field
  • Willing to work in Malolos, Bulacan or Clark, Pampanga
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Previous IT - BPO experience
  • Familiarity with Windows, mobile and networking technologies
  • Work with minimal supervision, ability to think out of the box
  • Ability to interface directly with clients, strong customer service aptitude
  • Working experience with MSP and ITSM, advanced technical troubleshooting skills
  • Azure, MS365 Cloud, MS Intune, Active Directory, GPO, MS Defender (plus, not not required)
