About the Role

We're seeking experienced IT staffing client researchers based in Manila to support our U.S. enterprise applications staffing and consulting business. This role focuses on research IT hiring managers and decision-makers at companies running SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, PMO, and other enterprise IT projects. You will also be looking for Enterprise applications projects through various research methods. You'll partner directly with U.S.-based sales representatives, helping them research hinging managers in their assigned territories and build out the technology landscape with the correct hiring managers in their target accounts. This is a high-impact support role for individuals who thrive on organization, communication, and heavy data research .

Key Responsibilities

  • Research companies, their technologies, and project landscapes using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and verify hiring managers, directors, and decision-makers across IT, PMO, and enterprise application teams
  • Ensure all hiring manager, company, and opportunity data is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained in alignment with internal standards, accurately add records into Salesforce CRM.

After 6 months+ as an advancement/promotion to the next level on the lead Generation team at Bayforce

  • Use and adapt messaging templates to create personalized outreach that aligns with each company's industry, environment, and technology landscape
  • Help U.S.-based salespeople in their territories connect with prospects and schedule qualified meetings
  • Execute and track LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach to secure appointments
  • Conduct research to support territory targeting and message refinement

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of U.S.-focused IT staffing lead generation or IT staffing recruiting or IT staffing sales experience (required)
  • Good understanding of enterprise applications: IT technology like: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, middleware/integration, data & analytics, PMO (major plus)
  • Must have Salesforce experience and be comfortable using it daily for activity tracking and CRM management
  • English communication skills (written and verbal) must be rated at least 4 out of 5
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom or Apollo and CRM tools (Salesforce required)
  • Able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)
  • Must operate as an independent consultant

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: Work from home
  • Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time (aligning with U.S. Eastern Time)

Equipment

  • Must provide your own computer, headset, and reliable internet connection suitable for remote work

Compensation: Monthly rate (paid twice per month) + performance-based bonuses
