Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Claims Specialist to join our team on-site at our office in Taguig. The Claims Specialist will manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely resolution, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing claims data, investigating claims issues, collaborating with internal departments for resolution, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure resolution. The role requires attention to detail in evaluating claims and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all internal and external communication and coordination of project Central;
- Collect and clarify customer requirements throughout the process, form requirements documents and track project requirements, organize relevant departments to analyze user requirements, and formulate feasible solutions;
- According to project management regulations and project conditions, formulate a reasonable and controllable project implementation plan;
- Determine the work content and detailed structure of the project, formulate and implement the project schedule, control and manage the project schedule;
- Communicate smoothly, effectively and timely with other functional departments, provide timely feedback to customers, and promptly and effectively promote relevant requirements of other functional departments.
- Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects;
- Base on the data, dig out the problems and coordinate with network to address it until the final.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- With at least 2 years of experience Claims Management and Claims handling in the E-commerce, Express, or Logistics industry (preferred)
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in verbal English communication
- Experience in monitoring and projecting parcel volumes
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills (ability to interpret data)
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP & Pivot) and PowerPoint
- Amenable to work on-site 6 days a week in Upper McKinley, Taguig City
