Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional License: Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
• Work Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
• Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project).
• Location Requirement: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Apayao, Cordillera Admin Region.

Job Summary:

Supervise and monitor construction activities from the planning and design stages through execution and completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety, quality, and technical requirements. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address concerns, monitor progress, and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Engineering Works:

• Preparation of Terms of Reference and bid documents for various pre-engineering and construction activities.
• Technical assistance in the conduct of pre-bidding conference and evaluation of bids in coordination with Business Procurement.

2. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Assess, evaluate, and continuously monitor project schedules, identifying delays, bottlenecks, and resource gaps to maintain the approved timeline.
• Assist in providing required documents, technical data, and supporting information essential for the timely delivery of the project.
• Assists in the coordination with LGUs regarding issues that arise in the implementation of the project.

3. Project Inspection:

• Monitor construction and installation progress against the planned schedule, ensuring that activities follow design intent, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Identify, trace, and resolve critical technical or project issues promptly, minimizing risks and preventing schedule overruns or cost impacts.

4. Documentation:

• Manage project closing activities, confirming that all deliverables are met within the approved time frame, budget, and scope, and ensuring proper documentation, turnover, and closeout reporting.

5. Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultation to other projects as needed, sharing expertise to address emerging issues, optimize solutions, and ensure overall project success.
