Civil Engineer (On-Site)

Key Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven civil engineering background in land development or structural setups.

Project Scope: Extensive background in structural concrete works, earthworks, boundary fence installations, and site development support.

Site Management: Strong field management skills for site monitoring, material quality control, and progress tracking.

Project Scheduling: Proficient in operational timeline tracking, creating look-ahead schedules, and a solid background or functional understanding of Gantt Charting.

Software Skills: Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or standard engineering software layouts.

Key Traits: Highly articulate, professional, and proactive in on-site problem-solving and field communication.
