Role: Civil Designer
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Makati, Ortigas, Tarlac, Davao, Cebu
Schedule: Morning Shift
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering design and proficiency in a variety of software tools, including AutoCAD, 12D, Civil3Dd, BricsCad, Civil Site Design, HEC-RAS,
The Civil Designer will be responsible for creating detailed design plans, performing hydrological and hydraulic analyses, and collaborating with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
VBA or Python, GIS systems, and QGIS.
Design And Drafting
- Utilise design packages such as 12D, Civil 3 or Civil Site Design and documentation packages such as AutoCAD or BricsCad, to create preliminary and detailed civil engineering drawings and plans.
- Prepare and modify design plans, cross-sections, long sections, details, bills of quantities and other technical documents in accordance with Australian Drafting Standards, State and Local Government specifications, standard drawings and requirements.
Data Management And Analysis
- Use Excel and Word for data analysis, report preparation, and documentation.
Quality Assurance
- Review and validate design plans to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications.
Timeframe Management
- Design documentation is developed within agreed project timeframes,
- Manage competing priorities
Hydrological And Hydraulic Analysis
- Perform hydrological and hydraulic modelling using HEC-RAS.
- Analyse and interpret data to support the design of drainage systems, detention basins, and other stormwater related infrastructure.
Automation and Data Analysis
- Develop and implement VBA or Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Qualification And Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design.
- Proven experience with 12D, Civil3D or Civil Site Design,
- Proven experience with AutoCAD or BricsCAD,
- Extensive Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Well regarded demonstrated experience with HEC-RAS, VBA or Python, and QGIS.

- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Expert in civil engineering design software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
- GIS certification or relevant training.
