Chemist

As frontline member of technical management of Quality Control Laboratory Department, the Chemist has the primary function of ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of its quality control testing and quality assurance management system. Along with the function, there is the accountability of delivering accurate and timely results as well as delivering appropriate and cost-effective laboratory testing services to the Refinery and its customers. His/her primary function includes testing and test load management, work systems improvement, personnel development, cost and asset use optimization and ensuring health and safety in the laboratory. He/She has the responsibility for identifying the occurrence of departures from the procedures for performing tests and initiating actions to prevent or minimize such departures. He/She provides adequate supervision of testing, staff, including apprentices and trainees.

Requirements:

1. Licensed Chemist
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Willing to be assigned in Bataan
