Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig

Employment Type: Project-Based

Work Setup: Full Onsite

We are looking for a Change Management Analyst who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT changes, ensuring compliance with established policies, and driving continuous improvement across ITSM processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proven experience facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings in an enterprise environment.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience with a strong focus on Change Management and a good understanding of other ITSM processes.
  • Experience in Change Advisory Board (CAB) engagement and facilitation.
  • Proven use of KPIs and methodologies to assess risks, track trends, and drive behavioral improvements.
  • Familiarity with SOX Compliance.
  • Experience using ServiceNow (Change Management, Reporting, and Knowledge Management).
  • Proficient in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong process improvement mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Change Management.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM processes: Change, Request, Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
  • Experience creating Change Management reports, agendas, and schedules.
  • Background in facilitating CAB meetings is an advantage.
  • ITIL v4 and/or Project Management certifications preferred.
  • Exposure to QA functions such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of changes in alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
  • Enforce and monitor the Change Management process to support SOX and audit requirements.
  • Review and process Requests for Change (RFCs), ensuring thorough risk and impact assessment.
  • Conduct pre-planning and conflict analysis for scheduled changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, implementers, and IT support teams to coordinate change implementation windows.
  • Facilitate Enterprise and Domain CAB meetings.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Generate and analyze Change Management reports and KPIs.
  • Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Support QA testing activities during ServiceNow upgrades and module enhancements.
  • Facilitate training and orientation on Change Management policies and processes.
