Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business process improvement.
- Proven experience in system implementation and familiarity with change management methodologies.
- Strong skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project support.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.
About the Role
As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in driving successful organizational transitions and transformations. You will be responsible for end-to-end change managementincluding impact analysis, planning, communication, training, and implementationensuring that changes are well-adopted across teams, culture, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Create communication plans and materials to inform and engage employees.
- Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with new skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate change implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are achieved.
- Monitor progress, analyze feedback, and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Advocate and cultivate a culture of adaptability and innovation within the organization.
