Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience in system implementation and familiarity with change management methodologies.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and project support.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.

About the Role

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key role in driving successful organizational transitions and transformations. You will be responsible for end-to-end change managementincluding impact analysis, planning, communication, training, and implementationensuring that changes are well-adopted across teams, culture, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create communication plans and materials to inform and engage employees.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with new skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate change implementation, ensuring timelines and goals are achieved.
  • Monitor progress, analyze feedback, and prepare reports and recommendations.
  • Advocate and cultivate a culture of adaptability and innovation within the organization.
