CPA Accountant (Xero for UK Clients)
Work From Home | PHP 30,000 – PHP 40,000 per month
Starting salary for Fresh Grads to 2 years experience; monthly performance reviews for the first 6 months.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented financial professional ready to master the UK accounting landscape. This role is a perfect fit for:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Fresh Graduates to those with 2 years of experience who are hungry to learn UK-specific tax and accounting standards.
- Individuals with a commercial & entrepreneurial brain who understand that accounting is the backbone of business growth.
- Academic Background: Strong preference for graduates from top-tier universities in the Philippines or those with a proven track record of academic excellence (Latin Honors/Board Topnotchers).
Key Responsibilities & Roles to Absorb
You will be trained to handle a comprehensive UK portfolio, including:
- Core Accounting: Bookkeeping, Management Accounts, Year-End Accounts, and Work in Progress (WIP) tracking.
- UK Compliance: Managing Payroll, VAT filings, and the CIS (Construction Industry Scheme).
- Performance Tracking: Monitoring team KPIs and financial health via Management Information (MI) reports.
- Operations: General admin, finance coordination, and proactive process improvement within the accounting function.
Required Skills & Mindset
- CPA License: Must be a Board-Certified Public Accountant.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of GSheets/Excel for complex data management.
- Technical Agility: Quick to learn UK accounting software (Xero/Quickbooks) and AI tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English, capable of explaining financial data to UK clients.
- Proactive Ownership: You don't wait for instructions; you see a discrepancy and solve it.
