What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be the backbone of our campaign execution. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Campaign Management: Supporting the setup, launch, and daily management of retail media campaigns across Walmart Connect and Criteo.
  • Execution & Optimization: Assisting with performance marketing across various channels, including Sponsored Products and Display ads.
  • Platform Mastery: Learning the ins and outs of retail media platforms to monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conducting meticulous checks to ensure creatives, targeting, and budgets are 100% accurate.
  • Reporting: Preparing insightful campaign reports using Excel and platform dashboards to help our clients succeed.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with Client Solutions, Account Teams, and Data Analytics to meet campaign goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Excel Savvy: Basic to intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data organization). You should be comfortable with spreadsheets and eager to learn advanced reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (essential for collaborating with international teams).
  • Digital Enthusiast: A strong interest in digital advertising or e-commerce. If you've dabbled in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Ads, that's a huge plus!
  • Detail-Oriented: You're the type of person who double-checks everything. Accuracy is your middle name.
  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to take feedback, learn new processes, and grow within the campaign operations field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but we value skills and attitude above all—open to all backgrounds!
