The CCTV Compliance Specialist ensures that all branches operate in accordance with regulatory standards and internal appraisal procedures. The role involves real-time CCTV monitoring, detailed review of branch operations, and reporting of compliance or security issues observed through surveillance footage. The position also contributes to process improvements based on monitoring findings.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct real-time surveillance, monitoring, and review of CCTV footage across all branches.
- Ensure branch security and compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, irregular behavior, or potential security risks.
- Analyze CCTV footage to detect internal or external irregularities and violations.
- Verify and validate audit findings through CCTV review and documentation.
- Prepare detailed reports and escalate findings to immediate supervisors for appropriate action.
- Recommend operational or procedural improvements based on monitoring observations.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
- At least college level in any related field.
- Willing to work onsite in Marikina satellite office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in appraisal of jewelry, gadgets, and forex transactions is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to deliver results under pressure and maintain objectivity.
- Willing to perform fieldwork when required.
