Job Description
This position is responsible to deliver data services, either Data Quality Analytics (DQA) or Data Guaranteed (DG), as per agreed scope and service level with customer.
Responsibilities
- Completes timely, weekly & monthly DQA related reports so that customer can attain supply chain information more conveniently and efficiently.
- Supports in closing the gap of missing events or milestones for DG customers.
- Regularly abstracts related shipment data from system to check missing or inaccurate information.
- Clarifies and follows up with concerned parties on root cause of data discrepancies.
- Reconciles internally as well as externally when any issue was found.
- Reviews contract / agreement and works with Logistics Analyst (LA) to re-new if they are about to expire.
- Provides pro-active monitoring of customer facing data.
- Validates accuracy and timeliness of EDI events as requested by the customer.
- Tracks shipment milestones and reports any missing events with associated reasons.
- Works with responsible service provider for error resolution and update status timely.
- Tracks missing milestones and updates APLL system as per agreed SLA to make sure customers get complete and timely data.
Qualifications
- Must have completed a bachelor's degree; Mathematics major is preferred.

- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Good in reading, written and spoken English
- Possess data analytical skills and logical thinking

- Strong organization skills and ability to follow documented procedures
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Background in freight forwarding, consolidation and logistics is preferred
