We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Case Manager to support our US-based client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative and communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Role Overview:
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing client records, coordinating communications, and supporting case progress from intake through completion. You will work closely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure smooth case handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update client information in internal systems and databases
- Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients
- Organize documentation, track case statuses, and ensure files are complete
- Draft emails, make calls, send mail, and scan documents as needed
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates
- Ensure client confidentiality at all times
- Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, court personnel, and law offices
- Request, obtain, and manage medical records
- Analyze and summarize medical records for case use
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable interacting with clients, attorneys, and team members
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and stay organized under pressure
- Willingness to learn and complete in-house training
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
