JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel digital marketing campaigns. While the role places strong emphasis on customer acquisition and retention, it also encompasses broader campaign objectives including brand awareness, engagement, reactivation, and cross-sell. The ideal candidate brings experience working across digital platforms, a test-and-learn mindset, and strong project coordination skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Execute and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid social, paid search, programmatic, and display.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets, audience lists, and tracking parameters for each campaign.

Funnel-Wide Campaign Focus

  • Acquisition: Drive high-quality traffic and lead generation using paid media, landing pages, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Retention: Implement lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
  • Awareness & Engagement: Support upper-funnel branding and nurture efforts to educate and attract prospects.
  • Cross-Sell & Reactivation: Coordinate campaigns aimed at existing or inactive customers to re-engage or promote new products.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and report on KPIs including CPA, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and retention.
  • Analyze campaign results to generate insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with analytics teams to ensure accurate attribution and funnel tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product, sales, analytics, and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and customer needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree

  • Years of Experience: 2+ year's experience in marketing and campaign management preferably in Insurtech, fintech, digital banking, payments, or e-commerce.
