Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max)
Conduct keyword research, targeting, ad copywriting, and ongoing campaign optimization
Monitor performance, resolve policy or delivery issues, and improve ROI, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
Track KPIs and campaign metrics using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
Build reports, dashboards, and performance forecasts with actionable insights
Develop paid media strategies aligned with client goals and sales funnels
Collaborate with internal teams and recommend landing page improvements
Set up and validate conversion tracking, GTM, and UTM parameters
Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
1–3 years of hands‑on Google Ads management experience
Proven results optimizing paid campaigns
Google Ads Certification is a strong advantage
Proficient in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Able to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
Organized and collaborative with a proactive mindset
