Core Responsibilities
- Plans and executes campaigns designed to generate incremental revenue, improve customer profitability, and enhance retention, all while maintaining optimal cost-to-revenue ratios
- Proactively works with teams like CIA, Data Science, and Segment, fostering alignment and resolving issues
- Defines, updates, and manages campaigns through their lifecycle
- Builds expertise through regular training, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and serves as a resource for strategic projects
- Creates automated campaign workflows using campaign management platforms to streamline execution and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related filed
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Project Management and Customer Analytics
