As we grow, we are seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to lead Paid, SEO, and social media initiatives across multiple brands.
Role Overview
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media, SEO, and social media campaigns. This remote role, based in the Philippines, is ideal for a results-driven digital marketer with 45 years of experience who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team. This role will report directly to the CEO
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM/PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital media channels including Amazon ads
- Develop, own andmanage social media strategy, including content calendars, copy, visuals, and posting schedules across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Drive rapid growth in followers and handle social media community management: respond to comments, messages, and engage with audiences to build brand presence and turning engagement into direct revenue
- Be hand-on and create social content posts in collaboration with designers and copywriters, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Masterfully blend UGC, branded content and AI assisted assets to produce a high-volume, high impact content mix and manage campaigns using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later.
- Execute SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, content recommendations, and technical audits.
- Use SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
- Set up and manage tracking, tagging, and measurement using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Build, maintain, and optimize campaign reporting dashboards; provide clear performance insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, strategy) to align campaigns with business goals and client expectations.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, AI/LLM-enhanced workflows (AIO), platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- 45 years of hands-on experience in B2C marketing, with a focus on SEM/PPC, SEO, and social media campaign management.
- Proven experience managing cross functional teams, social media accounts and campaigns for brands, including content calendar planning and community management.
- Strong proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later).
- Solid experience with SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console).
- Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads (search, display, video) and familiarity with other paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn a plus).
- Experience with technical setup and measurement: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and UTM tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimization plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and operate both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing best practices, and an interest in LLM/AI-assisted optimization (AIO).
- Adaptable and flexible; able to shift priorities and balance execution with coordination.
- Digitally savvy, curious, and always keen on learning new tools, trends, and techniques.
