The Campaign Associate is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing strategic email campaigns targeting prospective and confirmed exhibitor audiences. This role leverages marketing automation tools, customer lifecycle insights, and performance analytics to drive engagement and conversion across event communications.
Job Description
- Develop strategic email campaign plan that incorporates customer journeys and behaviors for communications to prospective & booked exhibitor audiences.
- Design and implement email campaigns in Eloqua using approved templates and content.
- Develop templates and content based on lifecycle stages. A/B test content to optimize future campaigns.
- Build campaign canvases and ensure timely activation of campaigns.
- Follow an email plan of activity across your events, ensuring materials are created and delivered on time and to expectations.
- Ensure that all email tracking links are in place, and correct naming conventions are being used.
- Confirm correct privacy/unsubscribe information is utilized based on the type of communication.
- Provide recommendations to the marketing team, to ensure that best practices in email deliverability, readability, and design are applied. Perform A/B tests on email campaigns.
- Actively report on campaign performance and inform campaign optimization. Generate and present post-campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing meetings around campaign planning and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Stakeholder and Project Management: Proven skills in managing stakeholders and projects effectively.
- Professional Experience: 1-2 years in digital and campaign management; proficiency in HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Customer Lifecycle Expertise: Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management.
- Marketing Planning: Experience in developing marketing plans or email communication calendars is beneficial.
- Agility and Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to process improvements and structural changes.
