Prepare the shop drawings for submission and for site implementation.
Prepare the master shop drawing list in coordination with the project manager and site engineer.
Check and incorporate all the necessary structural drawings, architectural drawings and drawings of other trades in the preparation of Shinryo shop drawing to avoid possible conflicts at site during installation.
Include inputs from site engineers regarding condition.
Control the numbering of drawings and implement a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and referencing.
Report to the CAD Team Leader all site concerns, problems and progress status.
Help achieve objectives and compliance of the construction industry in relation to quality and standard.
Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of MEPF engineering drafting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
Familiarity with engineering design processes and project management.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant diploma or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
