Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Buyer - Frozen to join our growing merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with Suppliers and identify the best products to be sold in the store.
- Negotiate with suppliers in providing good prices for products to be sold
- Set up merchandise SKUs in the system: input SKU numbers, descriptions, vendor codes, item costs, classifications, and related details.
- Support the Senior Buyer / Division Head in day-to-day buying activities
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and follow-ups with suppliers to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in retail or merchandising
- At least 3 years of solid buying experience in the Frozen category
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- With strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
