JOB SUMMARY:
The Jobholder will assist the BPPM* Head in developing business strategy by managing all product value proposition and onboarding journey related to technology and system enhancements and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology team, ensuring that the systems and process development align with business requirements.
The Jobholder is primarily responsible for the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Trust system and serves as the business owner for this platform. The role will support the automation and lead system-related efficiency initiatives for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The Jobholder will assist the BPPM* Head in identifying and implementing change opportunities with the objective of improving processes to facilitate the growth of TAMG's business through data-gathering, analysis and evaluation.
The role is cross-functional and requires working closely within the Group and with relevant units of the Bank to deliver technology-driven solutions that enhance client experience, operational efficiency and risk management.
