Job Description

Process Senior Associate .

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures.

  • Practice good judgment in processing cases

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors

  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with web browsers and common business applications

  • Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear, and concise written communication

  • Undergraduates (minimum 2 years completed): At least 2 years of relevant back-office experience (e.g., data entry, document processing, claims processing, administrative support) required.

  • Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Streetscape, BPM, LARS and Licensing Process is an advantage
