About The Job
The primary role is to to support the
rollout, execution, and scaling of SME/MSME initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and ensuring initiatives move efficiently from pilot to scale with clear performance tracking and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Drive execution and scaling of SME/MSME initiatives across the organization.
- Translate business objectives into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across product, sales, operations, risk, marketing, and technology.
- Track progress against KPIs; identify risks, dependencies, and execution bottlenecks.
- Prepare performance reporting, dashboards, and management insights.
- Support pilot design, success metrics definition, evaluation, and scale-up decisions.
- Support process improvement and operational optimization.
- Document processes, playbooks, and best practices to enable repeatable scaling.
What You Need To Have
- Minimum three years of working experience, preferably in Fintech, banks, insurance, or financial industries.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High ownership mindset; ability to work independently and hands-on.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Solid data literacy (KPIs, reporting, basic analysis).
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
- Strong execution and project coordination capability.
- Exposure to SME/MSME products, programs, or customer segments.
