Role Overview
This is a 100% hunting role focused on identifying and acquiring new clients who want to hire overseas talent using our Employer of Record solutions.
You will target HR leaders, founders, and operations leaders in companies looking to expand internationally or hire remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and prospect companies looking to hire international employees.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Sales Development
- Educate prospects about Employer of Record (EOR) solutions and global hiring benefits.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring challenges and expansion plans.
- Book meetings and coordinate with leadership for proposal discussions.
Market Expansion
- Target companies in Singapore, APAC, and global markets hiring remote talent.
- Identify industries actively hiring overseas teams such as tech, startups, SaaS, consulting, and digital agencies.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Who We Are Looking For
25 years experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, HR solutions, or outsourcing and offshoring services
Experience in cold outreach and outbound prospecting
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a high-performance, target-driven environment
Must have Experience selling EOR, recruitment services, HR tech, payroll, or outsourcing services is a strong advantage
