Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to mortgage brokers and private lenders
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos
  • Use Ample Market and HubSpot for lead outreach and management
  • Ensure high-quality lead generation and appointment setting
  • Lead mine prospects using platforms like Apollo, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B outbound sales and lead generation experience
  • Proven experience owning and scaling omnichannel outbound systems
  • Strong background in prospecting, list building, and data sourcing
  • Demonstrated success in booking qualified meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of deliverability and outreach optimization
  • Excellent written and fluent spoken English
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
