Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing global sales team. If you are competitive, coachable, and eager to build a career in international B2B sales, this role is for you.

As a BDR, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, primarily within the CX (Customer Experience) sector. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to generate high-quality meetings and business opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule discovery meetings.
  • Research and identify high-potential prospects across industries (finance, healthcare, technology, logistics, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach campaigns.
  • Execute consistent follow-ups and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings set, qualified opportunities).

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, or similar prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, global team.
  • Experience in outsourcing, ESG, sustainability, or CX solutions is a plus.
