Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
- Engage and build relationships with procurement, finance, and transformation leaders
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, and re-engage dormant opportunities
- Conduct research on target accounts, identifying hiring trends and transformation signals
- Support multiple sales channels and outreach strategies
- Build, track, and manage your sales pipeline using HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to drive results
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, communication or a related field - mandatory
- 1–3 years experience in a B2B SDR, sales or lead generation roles - mandatory
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo and HubSpot
- Strong communication skills with solid commercial awareness
- Interest in procurement, finance or business transformation
- Proactive, curious, and resilient mindset
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven sales environment
- Experience in a consulting, professional services, or enterprise B2B environment is preferred
