Performance Marketing Consultant (Part-Time/ Full-Time, WFH)
About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to help accelerate Accel Institute's student acquisition by building and optimizing a high-performance marketing engine. This role is focused on driving measurable growth through performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, funnel analysis, and rapid experimentation. You'll take ownership of the full customer acquisition funnel – from awareness to conversion – across paid media, and in partnership with our content, design, and web teams for email, landing pages, and other web assets. This role is for you if you thrive on testing hypotheses, finding insights in data, and executing strategies that deliver results. You'll work closely with our marketing team, product/ops, and agency partners to scale what works and fix what doesn't.
Key Responsibilities:
● Performance Marketing: Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels. Work with internal creatives or agency partners to iterate on messaging and assets.
● Funnel Optimization & CRO: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (primarily paid, but also organic) across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across the entire funnel: from ad to landing page to enrollment.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, including ad spend, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates, to ensure performance aligns with business goals. Run attribution analysis and generate insights using Meta, HubSpot, and other tools. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
● Experimentation & Growth Loops: Design and execute A/B tests across digital channels and explore scalable growth levers such as referral programs, lead magnets, and strategic partnerships.
● Social Media Growth: Drive growth across the company's social media platforms by increasing key metrics such as followers, reach, and engagement, using both organic and paid strategies.
● Collaborate with the marketing and content teams: Guide the development of high-impact visual assets for use across social media, email, and other digital campaigns.
● Bonus if you can do: Marketing Automation: Build and optimize automated email flows, retargeting sequences, and lead nurturing journeys using platforms like HubSpot or ActiveCampaign. Key Goals & Success Metrics: ● Increase in lead volume and lead-to-enrollment conversion rates ● Improvement in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
● Growth in organic and paid traffic to landing pages and key marketing assets ● Volume and velocity of tests launched, with clear learnings and business impact
● Higher email open & click-through rates, and more effective nurture flows Qualifications (What You'll Need to Succeed):
● 5+ years in growth, performance, or digital marketing with a strong track record of results ● Proven ability to manage and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) ● Deep understanding of funnels, lead generation, and landing page optimization
● Strong analytical skills; confident with Meta Ads, spreadsheets, and dashboards ● Skilled in collaborating with creatives to develop and refine campaign assets
● Test-and-learn mindset: comfortable running A/B tests and exploring scalable growth strategies
● Bonus if you have: Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier)
Working Arrangement:
● Work-from-home ● Part-time/ Full Time (minimum commitment of 10 hours per week)
