Business Development Officer

Job description

Responsible to grow the business, develop new markets and establish a strong market position.

Functions :

• Identify new business opportunities, negotiation, expansion and closed business deals.
• Identify, develop and define long-term strategies, marketing plan, and organizational goals.
• To develop and manage business relationships, understand local marketplace dynamics and economics.

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
• At least (2) years of working experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in the Electrical Distribution, General Builder & Construction Management, Lighting industry or equivalent
• Experience in the electrical industry and product is a great advantage
• Proven history of sales results from developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Excellent presentation skills – delivering information to a range of audiences, including Corporate management.
• Has experience in Project execution
• Willing to work full on-site
