Job Summary:
Support strategic partnership onboarding, manage vendor relationships, and contribute to solutions integration initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a solid understanding of business development processes.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
- Support in identifying evaluating, and securing strategic partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate in leading end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring alignment with operational and technical requirements
- Assist in negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements, including commercial and legal terms
- Prepare reports and presentations to support business development initiatives
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and vendors.
- Foster long-term, value-driven relationship to maximize mutual growth
- Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Solutions Integration
- Collaborate with internal product, technology and operations teams to integrate partner solutions into existing platforms
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and risk management for integration initiatives
- Ensure seamless interoperability and user experience across integrated systems
Market & Opportunity Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present business cases for new initiatives and partnerships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or vendor management
- Strong background in fintech, digital banking, or financial services
- Demonstrated experience in solutions integration projects, including API-based on platform integrations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with digital financial products such as e-wallets, lending platforms, or payment systems
- Experience working with cross-border or multi-regional partners
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP, Agile) is a plus, though not mandatory
