Role Overview:
The Business Relationship Officer (BRO) is an individual contributor responsible for driving sales and managing corporate client relationships. The role focuses on generating business from existing portfolios and new accounts via brokers and agents, while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales and expand voluntary enrollment through targeted marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents
- Prepare, review, and update proposals, presentations, and client programs
- Ensure contracts and documents are completed, notarized, and compliant
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and support teams to address client needs
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Strong background in managing key accounts, preferably in prepaid, telco, fintech, payments, e-wallet, or related industries.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining business partnerships with corporations, merchants, distributors, and resellers.
- Experience in channel development, onboarding partners, and expanding distribution networks.
