Business Development Officer

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or any related courses
• At least 5 years experience in business development or sales with supervisory function, excellent in oral and written communication, and project in Microsoft Office

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Supervisor oversees the business development team, ensuring the successful execution of strategies to drive company growth. This role involves managing team performance, developing business plans and fostering relationships with key clients

1. Supervises and mentors the business teams. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and training as needed

2. Develops and implements business development strategies and plans

3. Identifies and pursues new business opportunities

4. Project development of new opportunities

5. Build maintains relationships with key clients and stakeholders

6. Market opportunities, trends, competitions, and overall economic outlook

7. Prepares and presents reports on business development activities and outcomes
