Job Summary
We are looking for a results-orientedSenior Business Development Officerto help grow our client network and strengthen our IT Managed Services business. The role focuses on client acquisition, partnership development, and driving sales strategies that support overall business growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience in IT sales, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting and client engagement to onboarding and account management.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to introduce IT Managed Services solutions, including network management, cybersecurity, cloud services, and technical support.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans that align with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to increase market reach and revenue.
- Prepare and deliver reports, forecasts, and growth insights to management.
- Use market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business development or IT sales, preferably with exposure to Managed Services.
- Direct Managed Services sales experience is required for this role.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, deal negotiation, and account management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Willing to report onsite inAlabang (3 days a week)and perform client visits as required.
- Bachelor's degree required for this position.
