1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Schedule meetings and pitch solutions to prospective customers.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Close new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop tailored proposals and present business solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable terms.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Market Research & Intelligence

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Analyze customer needs and feedback to inform product/service development.
  • Share insights with internal teams to shape strategy and innovation

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on client interactions.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM/ERP tools.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and results to senior management.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and business development.
  • Fresh graduates with Sales-related internship may be considered.
  • Proven ability to drive sales processes from plan to close.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
